Without Christ you are blind and lost (II Cor. 4:3-4), but the good news is, God loves you and Christ died to pay for your sins (I Cor. 15:3-4). The only question is, do you believe He died to pay for your sins, or are you still trying to pay for them in your own way, by doing good works? God says, “to him that does not work but believes on Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is accounted for righteousness” (Rom. 4:5). Why not “believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved” (Acts 16:31).
The most important relationship of your life is a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. If you would like to receive Him as your Lord and Saviour, and enter into the greatest relationship you have ever known, please pray the prayer below.
Salvation Prayer
Heavenly Father, I come to you in the Name of Jesus. Your Word says, “Whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved” (Acts 2:21), and “If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved” (Romans 10:9). You said my salvation would be the result of Your Holy Spirit giving me new birth by coming to live in me (John 3:5-6, 15-16; Romans 8:9-11) and that if I would ask, You would fill me with Your Spirit and give me the ability to speak with other tongues (Luke 11:13; Acts 2:4).
I take You at Your Word. I confess that Jesus is Lord. And I believe in my heart that You raised Him from the dead. Thank you for coming into my heart, for giving me Your Holy Spirit as You have promised, and for being Lord over my life. Amen.
